Inspired by her brother Jordan, Lindy founded the organization in 2014 to provide continued education and job training for adults with developmental disabilities. Lindy obtained a bachelor’s degree in human development and family life education from Samford University. She has been featured by various media outlets, including Al.com, Birmingham Business Journal, and TEDx. Lindy is passionate about serving Unless U students and their families through servant leadership and creating an environment that promotes belonging and independence.
